Contact the FBI (or other appropriate legal entity where you are) and tell them about this. This may constitute identity theft.

This is some of the source code I have from the file that has been copied from the one of the pages below. As you can see, this file was originally archived on 20040206184632, and then someone retrieved it on 20050917201452 and added their own text.

I would like this taken off the webarchive were it has been stored at the waybay machine. Can't this be handled by them to remove these files?

As far as the extra bit added for this site, I noticed an earlier thread about it that may explain:

If these files are in fact now being archieved at archive.org, can't these pages be removed by someone who works at webarchive.org? These pages are my original domain with a provider that I cancelled my account with nearly 2 years ago. Since I am the original owner of these pages, can't I decide to have them removed? I would like to know who do I contact to have these deleted ASAP? I don't want to wait a few months till Google web crawl may or may not remove this.

Whatever your site is, the Google listing would be totally independent of any Wayback archives here.

Or are you saying that Google returns Wayback links in their results? If so, that would be interesting, as I haven't heard of them doing that till now!

When I click the links that appears in Google, these are the http URLs that appear:
web.archive.org/web/20040206184632/http://mysite.com

web.archive.org/web/20040206184632/http://mysite.com/site.html

Doesn't this mean that these links are achived at web.archive.org? I contacted the original site (the second http shown above) and they claim the files are no longer on their server? So who do I get to delete these?

I have already received an email from webarchive saying they can delete the file in question. I don't know if it will still appear under Google (when I search for my website title) until they perform another crawl. From other's who discussed removing old abandoned websites in Google groups, it could take as long as two months before the crawl removes this file. Good thing, the file I want removed doesn't appear under several other search engines. I did not leave my website name for fear of too many people seeing it, especially if the file was stored at the webarchive. I hope you understand why I am not leaving that data here.

Great, if you've heard back from archive.org you've done what you can over here, anyway!
